1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okzzz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the services available at okzzz.onl, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and all associated account and wallet functions.

By registering an account on okzzz.onl, by clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by accessing any part of the platform after these Terms have been published, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the okzzz platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. okzzz operates as an entertainment platform. These Terms are published in English, which is the sole governing language for all purposes including dispute resolution.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Access to okzzz is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement. okzzz does not permit any person below the age of 21 to register an account or to access any real-money gaming feature on the platform.
• You must be the named account holder acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction that is currently active on this or any other gambling platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of okzzz or any affiliated company.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or any other means to disguise your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the okzzz platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okzzz reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonus funds held within them, and in cases of deliberate abuse, withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation.

okzzz reserves the right to carry out identity verification ("KYC") checks on any account at any time. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed for the first time on a new account. Acceptable documents for KYC verification include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) and, where required, additional proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued to the registered address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe notified by okzzz may have their withdrawal access restricted until verification is successfully completed.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okzzz account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. okzzz will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify the okzzz support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Until okzzz receives such notification, all activity on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be treated as having been authorised by you. okzzz cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials or where you have voluntarily shared access with another person.

You must ensure that the email address and mobile number registered to your okzzz account remain current and accessible. These contact details are used for account verification, security alerts, and support communications. okzzz accepts no responsibility for communications that cannot be delivered due to outdated contact details on your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

okzzz accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated at the point of deposit.

Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or via a method approved by the okzzz finance team during KYC verification. okzzz does not charge a platform processing fee on any withdrawal. However, third-party mobile financial service providers such as bKash and Nagad may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside okzzz's control and will not be reimbursed by the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 2–4 hours during okzzz operational hours. Processing times may be extended in exceptional circumstances, including during scheduled maintenance windows, periods of unusually high withdrawal volume, or where additional verification is required.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the registered account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to source.
• okzzz does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cryptocurrency.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have successfully completed KYC identity verification.
• Where a deposit has been made but no real-money wagering activity has occurred before a withdrawal is requested, okzzz reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before releasing funds.
• Withdrawals will not be processed while there is an active pending bonus with wagering requirements that have not yet been met, unless the player has explicitly forfeited the bonus.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

okzzz offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to bonus-derived winnings.

Where a wagering requirement is stated (for example, 30x the bonus amount), the full wagering requirement must be completed within the stated time limit before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the allotted time will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonuses are intended for individual personal entertainment use only. The use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, the use of third-party funds to meet wagering requirements, the use of low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash without genuine gameplay risk ("bonus abuse"), and the systematic exploitation of bonus offers through any coordinated method are all prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

6. Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the okzzz platform — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi; slot titles from Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pragmatic Play; crash games from Spribe; and all sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules for each product, which are available within the game interface or betting market details at the point of play.

All bets placed on the okzzz platform are final once confirmed. okzzz does not accept requests to void or reverse a confirmed bet on the basis of a change of mind. In the event of a technical fault, server error, or communication failure that prevents a bet from being settled correctly, okzzz reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

For sports betting markets, the following general rules apply unless the specific market rules for a given event state otherwise:

• Bets on cricket matches (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures) will be settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI, etc.).
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being declared will be voided and stakes returned, unless specific market rules provide otherwise.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. okzzz reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any individual account at its discretion.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), okzzz reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or settled.
• Winnings on settled bets are credited to the player's okzzz account balance immediately upon settlement and are available for withdrawal subject to the applicable verification and withdrawal terms.

7. Responsible Gaming

okzzz is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing players with the tools and information they need to maintain control over their gambling activity. The platform is an entertainment service for adults aged 21 and above; it is not intended as a source of income, a solution to financial difficulties, or a substitute for professional financial advice.

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other non-human means to place or manage bets.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Using the platform while under any active self-exclusion or cooling-off restriction.
• Impersonating another person or submitting false documentation during KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating an account as a service for third parties.
• Engaging in any conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the okzzz platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data, and all other proprietary materials — is owned by or licensed to okzzz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the okzzz platform or its content without prior written authorisation from okzzz. Game content from third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe) is additionally subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights and terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okzzz shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if okzzz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okzzz's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your okzzz account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okzzz does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside okzzz's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. okzzz will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data

okzzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected by okzzz is used for the purposes of account management, KYC identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. okzzz does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

okzzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any outstanding withdrawable balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to successful KYC verification.

13. Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are written in English, which is the sole governing language for all interpretations, disputes, and legal proceedings arising from them. In the event of any translation of these Terms into another language, the English version shall prevail.

In the event of a dispute between you and okzzz, you agree to first contact the okzzz support team in writing (via email to [email protected]) and allow a period of 30 calendar days for okzzz to investigate and provide a written response before pursuing any other avenue of dispute resolution. okzzz will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith and in a timely manner.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the 30-day period, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
